The flash at the front of The Rebekah Chase Band’s lineup is none other than Rebekah Chase.
“My Mom always said I was a natural performer!” Born in Portland Oregon, Rebekah has been performing in talent shows, school performances and most importantly, to family members since she could stand up. She has been seen in various professional acts over the past 15 years including Rhythm & Motion, Impact and most recently, Xposure. With her edgey, passionate, heart stopping performances, she brings an energy that no one can ignore. Rebekah knows how to demand the attention of the audience and take them on a stunning musical journey.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, guitarist/vocalist/musical director Michael took an interest in the guitar at the age of four and was playing professionally by the age of 15. This interest has led him on an incredible journey that makes him one of the most versatile forces in the Rebekah Chase Band. Michael has spent many hours developing his unique playing style and multi-instrumental talents. One of Reno’s true multi-instrumentalists, Michael handles the tasks of keyboards and guitar while also being one of the main vocal personalities in the band. He has performed from the East to the West with extended stays in Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Michael is one of the primary ingredients in the continuing success of the Rebekah Chase Band.
Nick Noah(vocals, bass guitar) has done it all. He can play just about any instrument known to man. He got his musical start at the age of 5, taking up the accordion and was playing concerts by the age of 6. He then learned the piano at age 7, guitar at 12 and bass at age 14 which was around the time he started getting paid for his services. He has been on TV, backed up the like of Steve Edwards (The Eagles, Bos Scaggs, Steely Dan), Matt Mason Harper (The Box Tops) and The Platters. His solid playing and smooth vocals have the crowd swooning and wanting more. One listen and you’ll understand why Nick obtains the attention of the Rebekah Chase Band audience.
Eric Hansen is the keyboard player for the Rebekah Chase Band. He is also the Vocal Director.
Playing the drums professionally since the age of 14, Keith Kruse has made his presence felt for the better part of 30 years. Keith comes to Reno from Bend, Oregon. His extended experience includes not only local and regional artist, but national acts such as Mel Tillis, Barbara Fairchild, Waylon Jennings, Doug Kershaw and Gary Puckett. A twenty five year veteran of the Nevada music circuit, Keith’s dedication is reflected in the way he drives the band. Being a certified pastry chef make him the band’s resident gourmet. One listen and it’s easy to see why Keith is the driving force behind the Rebekah Chase Band’s engine.
